Our Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return
To start a return, you must first contact us at shop@liminalexist.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the necessary return shipping address and instructions via email. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Liminal will cover return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or wrong item). For all other returns (e.g., change of mind or sizing issues), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Vintage/Antique items (Final Sale): All vintage, antique items are sold "as is." Due to the unique and aged nature of these goods, minor wear, fading, or imperfections are inherent and expected. We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on descriptions of wear, age, or minor imperfections previously disclosed or visible in the product listings. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have specific questions about an item's condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
UK and EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the day you received the goods, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
